Qualifications

• Must have at least five years janitorial management experience in the K-12 environment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and client relations skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise custodial staff, including Group Managers and Quality Control Managers.
• Coordinate daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Allocate work responsibilities effectively across team members.
• Ensure staff maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels (including hiring, onboarding, and terminations).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for School District clients.
• Address client concerns and communications on a 24/7 basis as needed.
• Travel to client locations to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure contract specifications are consistently met.
• Conduct daily inspections of recurring work.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled quality control inspections.
• Customize and manage the QC program.
• Provide inspection reports and documentation upon request.
