Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise custodial staff at multiple sites.
• Coordinate daily and periodic cleaning schedules and staffing.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to concerns 24/7 as needed.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and document results.
• Oversee budget, inventory, and reporting to districts and HQ.
• Lead training programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
