Job summary

UG2 is seeking an experienced Custodial Project Manager to lead custodial operations across facilities, ensuring top cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role oversees staff, contractors, and projects, driving continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on facility operations and project management experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years in custodial, janitorial, environmental services, or facilities management.
Minimum of 3 years in supervisory or management role.
Experience managing custodial contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
Strong knowledge of custodial operations, equipment, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily custodial operations across multiple facilities and ensure service delivery.
Develop cleaning schedules, staffing plans, and quality control programs.
Lead custodial supervisors, frontline staff, and contracted providers; conduct inspections to verify standards.
Plan and oversee special cleaning projects including floor restoration, deep cleaning, and office moves.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
