Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead in Social Circle, GA. The role combines front-line customer service with lead responsibilities for custodial staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.

You will coordinate daily schedules, guide staff, and assist the Custodial Supervisor with training and quality checks. This full-time position offers weekday hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by the Custodial Supervisor.
• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Schedule cleanups and training as needed.
• Monitor PPE usage and inventory; report hazards to supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area; track supplies.
• Report incidents and employee/customer issues to supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Correct at-risk behavior and propose corrective actions.
