Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC seeks a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for complex facilities and infrastructure projects across the U.S. You will monitor performance, identify risks, forecast milestones, and coordinate with the Integrated Program Schedule. The role spans design through closeout and requires onsite work in construction environments.

Qualifications include a B.S. in CM/Engineering/PM or related field, 5+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering/PM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/Top Secret clearance.
• PMI-SP/PMI-PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with large infrastructure or federal projects preferred.
• Experience supporting secure facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, updates, and revisions for accuracy.
• Analyze schedule logic, constraints, calendars, sequencing, and critical paths.
• Support project progress reporting, schedule updates, and forecasts.
• Identify and communicate schedule delays, conflicts, risks, and impacts.
• Participate in scheduling meetings and coordination.
• Develop look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and narratives.
• Support schedule reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
