Job summary

YA Group seeks a full-time Scheduling Consultant to support large-scale construction projects on-site in the Portland area. You will develop, maintain, and analyze cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject, aligning design, procurement, construction, and turnover.

You will coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners’ representatives to ensure schedule integrity, produce monthly reports, and provide data-driven insights for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of scheduling experience, preferably on data center or large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel/Office tools.
• Experience with CPM techniques, delay analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate schedule data from project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners’ reps.
• Build and maintain cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedules and update actuals for earned value.
• Prepare monthly reports with narratives and KPI summaries for management and clients.
• Develop CPM schedules from proposals to active projects and perform what-if analyses.
• Lead schedule coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Assess impact of changes and delays, presenting time impact analyses clearly.
• Maintain documentation and project files; support planning sessions and pull planning.
