Job summary

Consertus, a Miami-based program management firm, seeks an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. You’ll develop and maintain schedules for large construction programs using Primavera P6 and related tools.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction management and 5+ years in scheduling, with PSP/PMI-SP certifications preferred. This role offers strong benefits and growth within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is required.
• Industry certifications PSP, PMI-SP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling/project controls experience in transportation, aviation, or vertical construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls on large, multi-package construction projects.
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Do cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports.
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks.
• Review contractors' baseline, progress update and time impact submittals.
• Prepare schedule reports for management.

As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6.
