Job summary

Consertus is seeking an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. You will develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, coordinating with stakeholders to plan phasing and updates. The role emphasizes schedule integrity, risk identification, and clear reporting within a project controls team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Industry certifications such as PSP or PMI-SP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in scheduling/project controls on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and controls on large multi-package construction projects.
• Conduct critical path analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Load costs and resources and develop cash flow reports.
• Identify changes, trends, and risks affecting schedules.
• Review baseline, progress updates and time impact analyses.
• Prepare schedule reports for management.

About this Role

Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks
• Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• Prepare schedule reports for management

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
