Job summary

CoolSoft is seeking an Evergreen Deployment Technician for Mecklenburg County ITS in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on hardware refreshes, imaging with Windows 11 via SCCM, and coordinating end-user deployments.

The incumbent will travel to county buildings, maintain inventory, and ensure professional customer service. This is an onsite, in-person assignment for 8 months with DOE compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with SCCM for Windows imaging and deployment.
• Experience configuring Apple mobile devices (iPhones/iPads).
• Strong end-user support and coordination for device refresh projects.

Responsibilities

• Imaging computers with Windows 11 using SCCM.
• Schedule and coordinate end-user device replacements via ServiceNow.
• Transport, install, and refresh PCs and peripherals at end-user desks.
• Document inventory updates in HAM Pro and ServiceNow.
