Job summary

Intellibee in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Evergreen Deployment Technician to perform hardware refreshes and imaging across user desks. You will transport inventory, image with SCCM, and coordinate replacements with end users, traveling to county buildings as needed.

Strong emphasis on customer service and professional appearance is expected. Experience with ServiceNow, HAM Pro, and iPhone deployments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with deployments at large scale (1000/year or similar).
• Proficient handling and transportation of computer inventory.
• Imaging computers with Windows 11 using SCCM.
• Scheduling replacements with end users via ServiceNow.
• Documenting inventory updates in HAM Pro (ServiceNow).
• Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro is a plus.
• iPhone deployment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport and store computer inventory according to procedures; may lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Image computers with Windows 11 via SCCM.
• Schedule replacements with end users through ServiceNow; complete refreshes and reclaim old devices.

Evergreen Deployment Technician

Evergreen Deployment Technician: This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the Evergreen project.

Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:

• transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly),
• imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM,
• scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
• The computer refreshes will take place at each end user’s desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.

Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.

Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
