Job summary

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking an Evergreen Deployment Technician for a long-term contract in Charlotte, NC. The role is onsite with local candidates only, performing computer refreshes and hardware deployment across end users' desks.

You will image Windows 11 via SCCM, schedule replacements in ServiceNow, and manage inventory with HAM Pro. Travel to various county buildings is required; professional customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years - experience with large scale deployments (1000/year or similar).
• 2 years - experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (up to 50 lbs).
• 2 years - imaging computers with Windows 11 using SCCM.
• 2 years - scheduling computer replacements with end users via ServiceNow.
• 2 years - refreshing computers, reclaiming old units, and updating inventory in HAM Pro (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Complete hardware refreshes for the Evergreen project at end users’ desks.
• Transport and store computer inventory per procedures; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Image computers with Windows 11 using SCCM.
• Schedule replacements with end users through ServiceNow; document inventory updates in HAM Pro.
• Travel to county buildings in county vehicle; maintain professional appearance and customer service.

DataStaff, Inc is in need of an Evergreen Deployment Technician for a long-term contract opportunity for one of our direct clients in Charlotte, NC.

*This position is onsite *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY*

Responsibilities:

• Complete hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the Evergreen project.
• Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly),
• Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
• Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
• The computer refreshes will take place at each end user’s desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
• Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
• Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
