Sr. Salesforce Solutions Architect (Finance, Automotive, Hybrid)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Salesforce architecture initiatives within the automotive finance sector. The position is based in a hybrid setting in Atlanta, Detroit, Dallas, or Houston, and involves designing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Role Overview: Partner with stakeholders to lead architecture design, manage end-to-end implementations, and ensure high-performance Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Lead design and implementation across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
• Build prototypes and POCs to define solution direction
• Ensure architectural alignment, security, and data scalability
• Resolve blockers and drive solution delivery in an Agile environment
• Document process flows, data models, and technical specifications
• Guide development teams on security, sharing rules, and automation best practices
• Define and review user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in grooming and stakeholder alignment

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in an architecture role
• Hands-on leadership across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Experience with large data volumes and complex data migration
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field
