Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Mueller division, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our on-site branch team. You will assist customers, process transactions, support the sales group, and help maintain a clean, efficient showroom environment.

Strong communication, basic computer skills, and familiarity with ERP/POS systems are preferred. This full-time onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and pathways for growth within a nationwide building products company.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, pick lists, and nightly deposits.
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness.
• Utilize company systems and basic computer applications, including ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Assist with coding and general office support tasks.
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
