Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for its Waxahachie, TX branch. This fully onsite role supports branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, cashiering, assisting the sales team, and handling inquiries. The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a moderately fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Dependable and seeking a long-term opportunity.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, pick lists, and nightly deposits
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness
• Utilize company systems and basic computer applications, including ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Assist with coding and general office support tasks
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
