Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee development of rugged edge systems, industrial computers, and servers. You will guide cross-functional teams through concept, prototype, validation, and production, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management.

The role requires onsite presence at South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC offices, with relocation or commuting encouraged. Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or CS; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development projects through gate-staged process.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets for engineering initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders across senior leadership and engineers.
• Identify and mitigate project and portfolio risks.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and provide transparent progress updates.
