Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a results-driven seller/solution specialist to demonstrate PrismHR products to small and medium businesses. You will bridge product capabilities with client needs, support Customer Growth and Success teams, and maintain demo content and environments to drive growth.

The role requires strong public speaking skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to present complex solutions clearly in person and online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of technical solution presentations preferable.
• 1+ years of HCM experience including benefits, payroll, recruitment or time and attendance software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Deliver product presentations both remote and onsite.
• Create and maintain demo scripts and scenarios in sandbox environments.
