The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in order processing or sales support, familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or related training preferred.
1+ years in order processing or sales support.
Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or related fields helpful.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through fulfillment.
Review order details, verify product availability, pricing, and lead times.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to support on-time delivery.
Prepare and maintain order-related documentation and records.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
Resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and inquiries promptly.
Support sales team with order tracking and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate customer and order information in ERP/CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
