Regal Rexnord is seeking an Order Coordinator for an on-site role in Wisconsin. The candidate will investigate order-related issues, drive resolutions with cross-functional teams, and provide timely updates to customers and management.

The role requires handling multiple data sources and contributing to process improvements in a production environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a factory office setting, understands manufacturing operations, and is proficient with MS Excel and Oracle.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a factory office environment.
• Understanding of general manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Oracle.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• Comfortable with MS PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with MS Access helpful.
• Comfortable using email.

Responsibilities

• The completion and maintenance of the production hour by hour Tier-1 boards.
• Monthly auditing/cycle counting of stocked finished goods.
• Track production trends in Excel and report findings.
• Review Open Backlog Shortages and coordinate with cross functional teams.
• Team player able to work with all departments.
• Able to summarize order entry/process challenges.
• Will improve business processes with internal/external customers.
• Create and drive business improvement actions.
• Data entry across multiple systems.
• Analyze business performance data.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
