Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred or ability to obtain within a designated period after hire.
• Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and reporting, safety audits and inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer the Company’s safety programs, policies, and initiatives in production and operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and update policies, procedures, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain OSHA injury and illness records (Forms 300, 301, 300A) and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate safety training and programs, including hazard communication and PPE.
