ACS Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to develop and implement programs to reduce loss across workers’ comp, general liability, and property. The role focuses on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and building a safety culture through training and risk assessments.

The position involves chairing the safety committee, performing inspections, and delivering ongoing safety training to multiple departments to minimize incidents and strengthen risk controls.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour certification (General Industry preferred).
• Professional Safety licensure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Chairs the Company Safety Committee and advises on health and safety issues for employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Develops programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and guidelines.
• Conducts claims investigations and analyzes loss trends to identify hazards and preventive actions.
• Performs regular inspections of grounds, buildings, equipment and operations and recommends corrective actions.
• Provides ongoing safety training to various departments to reduce losses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
