Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to develop and coordinate safety and loss control functions on construction sites. The role requires knowledge of federal safety regulations, electrical trades, and the ability to operate various equipment.

Expect 60–75% travel and a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction with 3–5 years of safety experience, or 5 years in the electrical trade, and 4th year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or construction.
• 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.
• 60–75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and other agencies.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve onsite safety.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to promote best safety practices.
• Leads toolbox talks and participates in risk management discussions.
• Serves as primary contact for onsite safety issues.
• Performs jobsite safety audits and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains safety supplies stock and supports onsite personnel.
• Trains employees in safety topics including Aerial Lift and Forklift.
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective actions.
• Oversees drug testing processes (pre-employment to post-accident).
