Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an On-site Safety Manager to oversee safety and loss control functions at projects. The role requires a Bachelor's in Safety or Construction and 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in the electrical trade, with a 4th year apprentice or above. Travel will be 60–75% with a flexible schedule.

You will lead safety audits, conduct toolbox talks, and coordinate with customers and contractors to promote best safety practices on-site.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or Construction.
• Experience: 3–5 years of Safety experience or Experience: 5 years of experience in the electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DNR, etc.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to facilitate safety practices and compliance.
• Leads toolbox talks and participates in daily Operational Risk Management discussions.
• Serves as primary on-site safety contact and conducts safety audits with corrective actions.
• Performs accident investigations and recommends corrective actions.
• Conducts drug testing (pre-employment, random, reasonable/for cause, post-accident).
• Trains employees in safety practices including Aerial Lift and Forklift onboarding.
