Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Construction.
• Experience: 3–5 years of Safety experience, or 5 years in the electrical trade and a 4th year apprentice or above.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DNR.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve safety and health onsite and for the company.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to facilitate best safety practices and compliance.
• Leads toolbox talks and risk management discussions.
• Performs safety audits and recommends corrective actions.
• Trains employees in safety practices including Aerial Lift and Forklift safety.
• Conducts accident investigations and preventive actions.
