Randstad is hiring a Contract RPO Recruiter for Early Careers in the Charlotte, NC area. You will partner with Hiring Managers to manage requisitions, source candidates, screen applicants, and support onboarding for early-career talent.

This role emphasizes collaboration with global colleagues to execute recruitment strategies that deliver quality hires and effective candidate care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• Experience: 1 – 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year as a full-cycle recruiter. Must have experience recruiting early career and internship roles.
• Relationship Management: Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with hiring managers.
• Alternative Experience: 18 months as a Talent Sourcing or Assessment Specialist.

Aufgaben

• Developing recruiting and sourcing plans and using tools to increase candidate pipelines.
• Using independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes and professional profiles.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and determining the best slate of candidates to meet client deliverables.
• Participating in special projects to enhance service offerings to existing and anticipated clients.
• Executing candidate care strategies to facilitate a positive candidate experience.
