Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, to be the face of the company at a customer site in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, optimize workflows, and ensure the robotic fleet runs reliably.

This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with operations teams. Onsite presence Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, CS, or related).
• Experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet, monitoring health, activity, and workflows to maximize uptime.
• Manage and optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and perform on-site repairs as needed to maintain uptime.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development.
