Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, to be the face of the fleet at a customer site in Fort Worth, TX. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, operational problem-solving, and customer relationship management to keep autonomous robots performing at peak efficiency.

This onsite position requires daily presence at the customer location, with a focus on proactive maintenance, data analysis, and continuous improvement to meet KPIs and ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field is required.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, picking workflows, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
• Able to operate in fast-paced, early-stage deployments and cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite owner of the robotic fleet, monitoring health and workflows.
• Optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing and performance analysis for validation.
• Provide feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.
• Analyze throughput, lines per hour, utilization data to derive insights.
• Liaise between customer ops and internal teams to communicate issues and priorities.
• Help develop SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for deployments.
