Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics in Louisville, KY to ensure Array system performance and operational success. This role requires daily onsite presence and close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Sales and Engineering across deployments from Alpha to GA.

The candidate will monitor robot activity, troubleshoot hardware and software, and analyze performance data to drive improvements in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations: picking workflows, labor management, and metrics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software systems with quick learning aptitude.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational improvements.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage product deployments.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite owner for Array system performance, ensuring daily operation and stability.
• Monitor system health, robot activity, task execution, and workflow management.
• Optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software onsite to maintain uptime.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis for product development.
• Provide feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.
• Analyze data (Throughput, UPH, lines per hour) to derive insights and actions.
• Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams.
