Job summary

INTELLISWIFT INC. is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage registrations and applications in our internal portal. You will communicate with applicants to fulfill contract requirements and prepare submissions, while maintaining accurate master data and reporting to leadership.

The role emphasizes end-to-end RFI/RFP support, coordination across departments, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to deliver timely documentation and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in corporate setting with operations coordination & project management.
• Experience with vendor management and communicating with service networks and upper management.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask in a cross-functional environment.
• Flexibile, quick to learn and capable of using various systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage registrations and applications through the internal portal.
• Communicate with applicants to complete contract requirements.
• Review and validate requirements to prepare PUMI submission.
• Support requests for credit for new and existing records.
• Update and maintain master information tables.
• Provide reporting on application and contract status to regional teams.
• Assist Admin team with customer/vendor master management tasks.
• Prepare RFI/RFP scope documents with stakeholders.
• Summarize proposals submitted during RFI/RFP and gather evaluations.
