Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company in Oakland, CA is seeking an IT Contract Management Analyst to manage a portfolio of technology contracts, interface with vendors and internal stakeholders, and support enterprise policy enforcement and cost controls.

You will analyze spend, renewals, and budgeting, enter financial data into SAP/ATRIUM, prepare management reports, and collaborate with IT PMO and leadership to optimize O&M costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, PowerPoint and expert level Excel.
• 5–8 years of contract management, financial management and leadership presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily contract operations and provide IT business support.
• Enter contract liabilities and renewals data into ATRIUM and SAP.
• Prepare management reports by collecting and summarising data.
• Monitor invoices, accruals and budget controls for O&M contracts.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to optimize contract costs and participate in strategy reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to track changes and approvals.
