Raytheon Technologies in the United States is seeking a Production Test Engineer (PTE) to join the manufacturing team. You will validate test processes across product life cycles, support program schedules, and lead problem solving for test failures with RCCA best practices.

You will optimize forward and reverse test flows, maintain test documentation, and ensure safe, efficient factory operations. A security clearance and hands-on RF/test equipment experience are essential.

Formación

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience related to RF test methods, troubleshooting, RF microwave product testing, engineering and/or manufacturing

Responsabilidades

• Provide test engineering support of the manufacturing areas; coordinate with operations, quality, process/mechanical, and production control for urgent needs.
• Observe, analyze, and report test data using engineering drawings, manuals, and related documentation.
• Perform a wide variety of technical efforts including process, test, troubleshoot, and repair Digital, Analog and RF equipment.
• Disposition non-conforming material using root cause analysis and corrective action investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time, ergonomic risk, costs, and increase test capacity using Six Sigma and data-driven decisions.
