Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

The role emphasizes in-person engagement, tax knowledge, and community growth, operating in a fast-paced retail environment with uniform requirements and an on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN held to file taxes in compliance with law.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (Federal/State).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax guidelines.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage with the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a retail setting.
• Engage with prospects and convert them to long-term clients.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and support teams.
