Intuit, Inc. is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will assist in-person customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local relationships and guiding clients to sustainable financial outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with the community, attract new clients, and leverage TurboTax marketing resources to grow a thriving retail tax practice

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience using professional software.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer experience and assist with tax-related questions.
