Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax return services and advisory support to customers. You’ll build a local client base, drive loyalty, and contribute to community outreach with marketing support and product tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, client relations, and presenting a professional TurboTax experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes as per law.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S., Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Ability to grow local client base and provide tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
