Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This onsite role focuses on delivering tax expertise and concierge service to customers in a retail setting.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax return preparation, personalized advice, and local community outreach to grow your client base, while adhering to Intuit’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within local communities and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting using Intuit tools and resources.
• Engage with customers in-person and support tax-related inquiries and issues.
