Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at our local TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

On-site, you’ll combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. You’ll prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and assist customers using TurboTax software, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
