Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. Role emphasizes delivering a personalized, high-quality customer experience, building long-term relationships, and contributing to local marketing efforts with TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.
• Experience with tax prep software and client-focused advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, covering simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term client relationships.
