Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving client loyalty.

You will lead community engagement efforts, participate in local marketing, and help clients navigate tax complexity with clarity and empathy. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences at retail sites.
