Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with local communities and growing the client base.

The role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment. A tax professional license and strong product knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base by building relationships in the local community.
• Represent TurboTax as a proactive community ambassador and key point of contact.
