Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the U.S. You will provide full tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base.

You will represent TurboTax in the community, engage prospects, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. A valid tax license and 20+ hours/week onsite are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Ability to build local community presence and client referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local outreach campaigns and nurture prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and partners to grow the client base.
