Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide expert advice, and help clients navigate complex situations with personalized service.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with a marketing network, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a friendly retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local TurboTax client base.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and participate in local marketing efforts.
