Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will serve in-person clients, provide tax advice, perform tax preparation, and help grow a local client base with marketing support.

You will engage with customers, build long-term relationships, and represent TurboTax as a trusted advisor in the community while adhering to Intuit policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional (EA/CPA or attorney) with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing federal/state 1040s using pro software.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and be the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and community engagement.
