AT&T in Ithaca, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily store operations and merchandising. You will coach a team of sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll lead promotional activities and off-site events, with strong training to set you up for leadership success. Salary ranges reflect geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership required.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of retail store in partnership with store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Promote an extraordinary customer experience across products and services.
• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
