You will manage staffing, onboarding, employee relations, performance coaching, and data reporting to drive engagement and retention. We value confidentiality, initiative, and strong communication as you partner with the HR team to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to facilitate meetings.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, interview and selection for store roles and manage applications.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance to leadership on development resources and career planning.
• Support reporting and analysis for talent management and total rewards.
• Ensure effective communication with team members and leadership.
• Partner with HR Market Manager on employee relations and policy guidance.
• Assist investigations of employee complaints and policy violations.
• Support policies covering compensation, payroll, benefits and disability services.
• Carry out additional duties as needed.
