You will partner with store leadership to recruit top talent, manage the applicant-tracking system, and deliver training while upholding Meijer’s commitment to an inclusive, respectful workplace. This onsite role offers advancement opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalency required.
• Associate Degree or above in Human Resources preferred.
• Ability to present leadership presence and communicate effectively.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of facilitating groups.

Responsabilités

• Assist staffing, interview and selection for leadership and non-leadership roles; manage applications.
• Oversee orientation, onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Champion engagement through HR initiatives and effective communication with team members.
• Provide guidance to leadership on career development resources and development plans.
• Support reporting and analyses for talent management and total rewards.
• Collaborate with HR Market Managers on employee relations and policy matters.
