Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail/Flagship team as year-round Business Tax Experts. You’ll deliver full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, serving as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced retail setting.

Work on-site at a TurboTax store, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to offer a complete financial services experience.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ seasons for 20+ clients per season.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience (30 returns/year).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and state licenses/permits.
• Ability to work onsite a minimum of 20 hours per week in a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients (simple to complex).
• Develop relationships and promote ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma services).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
• Cross-sell services and ensure continuity of client relationships.
