Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking a dynamic two-person Resort Manager Duo to lead a large Mesa, Arizona resort community.

The roles cover operations leadership, team supervision, leasing, marketing, and resident engagement, with shared accountability for a premier resident experience. Each manager will live onsite in provided housing, collaborate closely to ensure smooth daily operations, strong tenant relations, and fiscal discipline across payroll, budgets, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site management experience required.
• Two individuals must apply jointly as a team and reside onsite in the provided manager home.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day resort operations and manage staff.
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, marketing initiatives, and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
