Qualifications

• 2+ years as Community Manager or similar in luxury multifamily
• Experience with third-party management required
• Lease-up experience highly preferred
• 3+ years people management experience
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and professional presence
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms desirable
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue by setting rent rates and managing operating expenses; prepare monthly financial reports
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel
• Oversee hiring and performance management through HR processes
• Conduct regular property inspections and drive property enhancements
