Job summary

Arizona Oasis Resort & Desert Garden RV Resort is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to lead two resort communities in Arizona. You will oversee facilities, utilities, grounds, and a maintenance team, driving preventive maintenance, safety, and high-quality repairs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance or facilities management and 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or resort settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, RV communities, hotels, or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, scheduling, and supporting the maintenance team.
• Prioritizing and assigning work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintaining resort buildings, grounds, pools, utility systems, and amenities.
• Overseeing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and infrastructure repairs.
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
• Responding to facility emergencies, equipment failures, and resident concerns.
• Coordinating and supervising outside contractors and vendors.
• Managing maintenance projects with quality, budget, and schedule in mind.
• Ensuring safety and environmental compliance and company policies.
• Assisting with wastewater treatment plant operations and related systems.
