Job summary

AlphaX RE Capital, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a Construction Manager (Community) to lead residential construction across assigned communities. You will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time turnover.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in residential construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple homes simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of residential construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building systems.
• Able to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules.
• Willing to travel between assigned communities.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities within assigned communities from groundbreaking to turnover.
• Manage multiple homes in various stages, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to hit closing dates.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections for quality and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to meet timelines.
• Provide project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
