Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in residential homebuilding construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple communities or high-volume production builds.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple active homebuilding communities.
• Drive production schedules and cycle times to meet monthly and quarterly delivery targets.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA-compliant jobsite practices across all communities.
